Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping within USA is provided as Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-3 working days. Orders over USD 70 receive FREE shipping. Orders under RM200 pay a flat rate of RM10 for shipping within Malaysia.

  • Home delivery:

    • Standard delivery - 4.95 USD / FREE (Orders over 70 USD)

      The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.

RefundsWe have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
